Addictions Hotline of NJ (AHNJ)
Our purpose is to educate, counsel and assist individuals or families suffering with addictions. We have trained professional counselors available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Adult Children of Alcoholics
Adult Children of Alcoholics is a Twelve Step, Twelve Tradition program of women and men who grew up in alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional homes. We meet with each other in a mutually respectful, safe environment and acknowledge our common experiences. We discover how childhood affected us in the past and influences us in the present ("The Problem").

Adult Children of Alcoholics
This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for Charitable purposes. The specific purpose for which this corporation is organized is to serve the Fellowship of Adult Children of Alcoholics.

Al-Anon
Peer group support for relatives and friends of alcoholics. Also includes group discussion to solve mutual problems. Meetings held regularly throughout northern NJ, including Morris and Passaic counties. Meeting sites may be obtained by contacting the agency directly.

Al-Anon Family Group Headquarters
The Al-Anon Family Groups are a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength, and hope, in order to solve their common problems. We believe alcoholism is a family illness, and that changed attitudes can aid recovery.

Al-Anon/Alateen Family Groups
To help families and friends of alcoholics recover from the effects of living with the problem drinking of a relative or friend. Similarly, Alateen is our recovery program for young people. Alateen groups are sponsored by Al-Anon members.
